Filters & Sort
Wash, honey, natural — what's the difference?
Processing decides as much of the cup as the bean itself. A quick guide to what we offer.
Washed
Cherry stripped before drying. Clean, bright, transparent — the bean speaks for itself. Try Caicedo or Caturra Chiroso.
Honey
Cherry partly removed, sticky mucilage left on. Sweet, syrupy, balanced. Try Black Honey.
Natural
Whole cherry dried with the bean inside. Bold, fruit-forward, often wild. Try Wush Wush.
Carbonic Maceration
Cherries fermented in sealed CO₂ tanks before drying. Layered, aromatic, almost wine-like. Try Maximino's.
Swiss Water (Decaf)
Caffeine removed with water and time alone — no chemicals, no flavor lost. Try Decaf Elixir.
